Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. During peak seasons or sales events, processing times may be longer.

Shipping Rates: We offer the following shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days – $5.00

• Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days – $10.00

• Free Shipping: Orders over $35.00 – Free

International Shipping: We currently ship to the following countries: limited international shipping rates and delivery times may vary. Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your shipment on our carrier's website.

Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or damaged during transit, contact us at artelement.com@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
